Cat 3 hurricane: 111-130 mph Structural flooding to small residences and utility buildings, flooding may destroy smaller structures. Cat 4 hurricane: 131-155 mph Extensive damage with some complete roof structure failure on small residences. Cat 5 hurricane: 155 mph+ Complete roof failure on many residences and industrial buildings. Massive evacuation of residential areas may be required. If you think Hog Island hurricane was bad, well.
