i was bored on my birthday eve night
so
i decided to make a sponge cake.
just for fun
whirring
i told myself after beating the egg whites
this is the last time i do it manually
hand ache man.
do u know? the stiffer your egg whites, the fluffier the cake will be?
before i chucked it into the oven
done in 30 mins
why do i bake it in the bread loaf tin u ask
because IKEA's springform pan (100% new) leak.
pokkai.
then i wanted to try baking my sponge cake in the muffin pan
but i thought sponge muffins would be pretty weird
so yeah. bread loaf tin.
SPONGY GOODNESS. not overly sweet also
ok i shall use this for my layered cakes in the future.
AND.
ive decided to snap all the stuff i like in the 100300501040 magazines i buy out of boredom
like a little hobby so i won't feel sad to throw the magazines when i'm done with them
yes i'm sentimental that way
http://jocelynkoshiya.wordpress.comi'll do the Cleo one when I'm bored again
